The receptionists greeted guests with a smile, and that was welcomed.

My room faced the street, and the noise bothered me. Double glazing was inadequate and it was difficult to sleep. I also spotted quite a few mosquitoes, a problem I rarely encounter to this extent.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, that was acceptable. Breakfast had a good range of options.

The room was smaller than I expected, and it didn't quite match the photos online. Our room faced the street. The double glazing wasn't very effective, so it was NOISY, I could hear everything outside. Mosquitoes were also a problem. There were so many in the room.
